I’ve been banking with this bank for nearly three years, and unfortunately my experience has steadily declined. The biggest issue has been trying to get help with a loan. It took almost two weeks just to speak with a loan officer, and even after finally reaching someone, I still haven’t received the assistance I needed. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Service is fine, but the ATM is terrible and almost is always out of service for basic cash deposits and withdrawals. They are desperately in need of a new ATM. Also stupid how you cannot withdrawal and odd amount of cash, and it always has to be an even amount and it’s only 20’s
Cannot in good conscience recommend this bank to any Frederick locals. Do not count on them if you need anything simple.
