I completely understand why this clinic is rated so low. Im currently sitting in the room waiting to see a doctor after 2 hours of waiting. The wait was supposed to only be an hour - there were 2 people ahead of me. I've watched the receptionist allow 5 people who came after me who dont have OHIP and are paying out of pocket walk right in to be seen while the walk in line is piling up. Don’t go there if you’re an international student with claimsecure. The clinic will let u walk in to the lobby where u have to sign in with a kiosk where its dirty and unsanitary. The lady then said they don’t allow claimsecure and I still have to pay. Guess what! The minimum wait time limit is 2 hours! Worst place i ever have went

Part of me would like to give a 0 and part of me would like to give a 4. Doctor met expectations except too many drugs were prescribed including an opioide, which may or may not be needed. However, the service was fast and felt like I got the medicine needed, but too many medicines, double check what they give you. Opioid=zero rating.
