Started off good with their PM Chris Frazee till it came to a RFI then he fought tooth and nail demanding the impossible such as pipe in a floor drain without any Specs and refused Change Orders. Refused to contact Architect and Engineer instead telling my Office we are holding the Job up waiting for an answer from the Engineer/Architect per City and County of Boulder CO. I would think twice when hiring this Company or at least having Chris as a PM as he does not know what he’s doing at least in Commercial Construction just ... read more

This company has done dunkin donut , gas station, building for trades as well as local construction needs *d never use any one else since using NYMAN !
