I did not get the opportunity to meet with the doctor however I had a very bad experience with front desk. my mother was assigned To doctor I called to schedule an appointment and want able to. since Insurance kicks in the 1st of the month and I was trying to schedule for the 29th of the this month, front desk refused to make an appointment because their system showed it will be in effect 3 months later. I have been going to Dr.Franco since I moved to Brooklyn over 7 years ago.Out of all the Doctors I have encountered I rate Stephano a Five star. He deserves that alone for dealing with as many patients come through that door. You could be blessed that he has time to see you. You will get a complete exam when needed. If he cannot do the test there he will send you elsewhere.
