I have had my jeep gladiator for three years. Each year when in for service I complained about a consistent noise from rear of gladiator, this being the third year with out resolution of problem and about to run out of warranty I again mentioned the noise, after being in dealership for 8 days the dealership ordered new shocks which two weeks to come into the dealership, oh I had to call to find that shocks were in as no one called me to update.
