Well, overall my issue was not resolved but the issue would not occur for the tech working on the car- that’s fine I get it it’s frustrating- my service advisor was Jose- Jose was a good advisor and did everything I asked to please do- I am not mad at the dealership nor my service- just frustrated the car wouldn’t act up for them like it had for me multiple times.. anyways good service overall!
