Called Marta about dropping the truck earlier than my appt She said ok and the truck was ready early Thanks Marta job well done Today 11/29 I did the same thing I dropped off my truck earlier than my appt And Cris took over from there and called me when it was done great job. Horrible. Dropped my truck off for check engine light on a Thursday. Told them I would be back to pick it up Saturday 9 days later. Didn’t hear anything from them for 8 days and my truck wasn’t ready for pickup when I arrived on Saturday. I was there for an hour before they brought me my truck. They charged me over $200 dollars for diagnostics and didn’t even tell me what was wrong. I’ve spent $200k on new vehicles from them since 2018 and think they may have lost my business. Check engine light is still on.
They always find a reason not to cover something. I have had 2 different vehicles in service in the past two weeks both bought from Nyle maxwell and told on both occasions something couldnt be covered under warranty. One was purchased at Nyle Maxwell killeen and one from Taylor I was told since it was bought in Killeen I needed to take it back there.Doesnt make alot of sense to me showed them the text messages where I told Killeen about the issue Taylor is just closer to me but nope wouldnt fix it. I got a new key fob. It was quite pricey, but I'm sure it's costly everywhere. Customer service was great from all employees I encountered. Key fob was ready within 30 minutes.
