I had such a great experience at Nyle Maxwell CDJR of Taylor! The team was amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep Compass and ended up finding a major issue that, thankfully, was covered under warranty. JD was especially kind and helpful — he explained everything clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Highly recommend their service department!

I discovered a new oil leakage on my driveway and not happy about that. Apparently whoever spilled where the oil filter spills didn't clean it off after they finished it. This is the first time I've seen this oil change service happen to my truck since I bought it. Disappointed! And also the surcharges thing, that was added to the bill!? I NEVER seen or heard of it when I get the truck service or anything done. That was not my plan to pay that...should have said something about it before I paid the bill! -DS
