Was in the market for a new truck, Chuck Marsh was the salesman that assisted. Chuck made the buying process seamless and hassle-free. The buying process was completed over the phone and through text messages. I was really skeptical about not seeing the truck in person but everything worked out in the end. Had my truck (RAM 1500) delivered to me and my trade picked up. Highly recommend this dealership and Chuck.
Simply going on record regarding a wonderful experience! Our 2017 Ram truck suffered a ruptured radiator, at a very inopportune time (isn't that just about always the case). Regardless, we were at the mercy of a service center, and I'm happy to report that North Park CDJR delivered! Our service writer, Brad Sandahl, is the real hero here. Great sales service
I just finished purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership, it wasn't the smoothest transaction I've had. There were a few hiccups we had to sort out during negotiation. However, I was very impressed with my sales rep, Stephen Sanders. All the hurdles we had to go through were out of his control. I could tell he tried his absolute best and had my interests in mind. I would definitely recommend using Stephen the next time you are visiting this dealership for the purchase or your next vehicle!
