This place is an absolute disaster. North Park Chrysler in Castroville is hands down one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. The service department is beyond incompetent. I took my vehicle in for a simple repair, and somehow they managed to turn it into a complete nightmare. After they claimed the work was “fixed,” my vehicle came back with multiple NEW problems that were never there before. Friendly people and a good service department
I stopped by to get an oil change and have a quick issue checked on my truck. My console keeps saying the tailgate is open when it’s not, which disables my reverse camera and causes other problems. I was quoted $270 just for the oil change and diagnostic, and told that fixing the issue would be an additional charge on top of that. I understand paying for work, but charging that much just to look at a problem—before any repair is even discussed—feels excessive, especially in today’s economy.
