I had to downgrade to one star. NP CDJR in Castroville has had my Wagoneer for 3 weeks now and the service director Mickey doesnt bother to call me back or he pawns me off to someone else in his dept. This has happened on multiple occasions, its not a one off. If you want this type of service then this is your place to take your vehicle and have it, "lost in their lot". I've asked for his boss Jeremy Contreras call me back, let's see how that goes.
I’m deeply disappointed with the service experience at this dealership regarding my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After diagnosing an issue, I was informed of the cost of the repair—however, they also stated there could be additional problems discovered once they begin the work. That alone is unsettling. To make matters worse, the necessary part wouldn’t arrive until August 5th—today is July 22nd. Disaster. They replaced a water pump and fluids and sent me home. Fluid reservoir empty. I took it back. They insisted nothing was wrong. I asked about a head gasket. Even the head of service insisted nothing was wrong. Went home. 3 days later no fluids. Took it to Ancira. They are in the process of replacing the head gasket.
