Did an oil filter service and tire rotation, went in on a Tuesday verse a Monday this time, seemed to be less busy, from arriving to leaving was around 2 hours, not bad. Waiting area is comfortable and they have coffee and bottled water available. Courteous and helpful staff, dealt directly with Josh this time.
Took my Ram in for regular service. My service advisor, Josh, took care of everything from the moment I pulled up to the time I drove away. He's professional, friendly, and always has a smile on his face. We appreciate his drove to get our truck in & out as best he can.
Great experience, was able to get my vehicle repaired right away, helpful kept me aware the whole time
Dealership was great, provided an Uber to drop me off at work and bring me back to pick up my vehicle. The only issue I have isn't even with the Dealership. It is with the cost of the replacement part. In what world should a Headlamp Assembly cost nearly $1340.00?!!! In all had to come out of pocket more than a month's mortgage payment between labor, part, and fees.
