I normally give businesses every opportunity to make things right before leaving a review, but after dealing with the same A/C issue since the last week of April, I’ve completely lost confidence in this service department. My 2022 Ram 2500 has been in the shop THREE separate times for the exact same A/C concern. After multiple visits, diagnostics, and weeks without my truck, I was told the evaporator leak had been verified and approved a repair that cost nearly $4,000.
