Their website and shop door say they're open on Saturdays from 9-4. This morning, the website allowed me to make an appt for a free estimate today at 11 AM. I even got a reminder text. I waited until 11:15. No one showed up, I got their voicemail, which was full after I left one message. Left a second message for another number listed on their website.
No exaggeration this is where you need to bring your car for auto repair. My car was brought in on Thursday , July 10 2925 and I’m picking up on July 16,2025 . The work was incredible I am truly pleased
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This a terrible shop! The people were friendly, but that is the only positive thing I can say. They had my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek for over 3 months. The car was just 3 months old with less than 3,000 miles. Efforts to get status reports were met with conflicting and usually inaccurate information. When I finally got it back I took it to a Subaru dealer for inspection. They found another $3 thousand dollars in damages. Easily the best cleaning/ fixing I’ve ever had 10/10 I’d use them again.
I would give NYLA Magic Recon Auto Center ten stars if Google would let me. They were professional in their manner and very clear with their communication. I knew what to expect and the results were outstanding! I was nervous to do any body work for my car since I had to pay out of pocket (no thanks to the scumbag company I have auto insurance through.) However, on top of the great work, NYLA’s prices were completely fair. I worked with Jose and he was one of the nicest people I’ve met. Great job, NYLA team! Keep it up!!
