Michael and the team made a repair to my apartment under warranty (over five years later and past the warranty expiration) when a large light fixture fell from the ceiling. They responded to my concerns quickly, and made sure the apartment was safe and looked great. Really appreciate the hard work and professional response to my concerns!
I renovated my kitchen and bathroom with NYKB. Although the job had a rocky start due to personnel issues once Michael Avidor (project manager ) and Rojda Zorer (designer) took over all went smoothly and they were on top of any changes/problems that came along. NYKB was absolutely amazing! We renovated both the kitchen and bathroom and the work on our apartment was completed with great care and attention to detail—from start to finish. I would highly recommend NYKB and their team to anyone considering a renovation. Our project manager, Gevanta, was the best!! He was professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about his work. It truly felt like he treated our renovation as if it were his own home.
