Very friendly, gave me an accurate part number and price.
I took my car here and they never did check the air filter which was completely plugged up with dirt. They also did not tell me my back axle was broke in two places on the driver's side and almost ready to break through on the passenger side. I had a 70 mile drive to home with the vehicle like this. They also put on new wiper blades on a vehicle that needed to be junked. They did nothing to try and make it right with me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for work. Poor customer service.
Shoddy work. Zero care about the customers' concerns, zero attempt to rectify the situation.
