I enjoy improving and renovating homes, I have no unhappy customers. I take extra effort to accomplish each task in a professional manner. Unfortunately I can't help everyone, I can only be at one job at a time, but I help a lot of people every year, and my hundreds of happy customers keep calling me back for new projects. I was in search of a quality handyman to help me with specific jobs that needed attention at my home. I previously had a handyman that passed away this year and a good handyman is hard to find. Rand has been my "go-to person" for any repairs needed on my home for the last 18 months. He has repaired screens, doors, ceilings, cleaned gutters and replaced electrical and plumbing fixtures. He is honest, reliable and reasonably priced; no job is too small for him and he seeks to save me money when he possibly can. He is courteous, timely, neat and cleans up after his work. Came by my home twice for a list of small jobs, then disappeared. Strangely spent a lot of time on my roof checking for needed repairs. If he was too busy he should just have said so.
