I had a recent video call with Dr. Chang, my only contact to date. What i really liked is that He LISTENED. I felt very comfortable talking to him and I listened to him. I felt that He knew what he was talking about and that he's gonna do what he says. I'd like to keep him as my doctor.
Dr. Chong did an excellent job of explaining my condition and the options for treatment. His calm manner and detailed information allayed my fears. I trust him to make the best decisions going forward.

Dr. Chong is an amazing Dr. I had a rare congenital hernia and I was scared of surgery. He immediately took all of my worry away, explained what his plan was, was truthful about the surgery and healing time. After surgery he continued to follow up and ensure that I was not in pain. My surgery went very well, I healed very quickly and he and his office continued to follow up closely for several months. I felt so well cared for and any questions I had were so patiently answered.
