Nightmarish. Cancelled our booking the night before our wedding because they couldn't find the full team we asked for (five people). No advance warning, no heads up they were having a hard time filling the booking to give us time to find another service or supplement their team. Didn't even offer to bring in the partial team they had confirmed, just canceled it and told us they had canceled it in an email as if it was a simple FYI to cancel on a WEDDING. Totally unprofessional.
