Worst contractor ever ! Greedy, lied to us constantly and only showed up to do work an average of maybe twice a month ! The transient 'workers' he hired made so many mistakes that it was sickening. My favorite was when they used a hammer to 'cut' a PVC Waste pipe for the septic tank, leaving jagged edges that had to be fixed. Then he charged us for things he didn't provide, and held us hostage with the Occupancy permit until we paid him for these things. He ruined our new home dream. A COMPLETE LOSER !!
