I purchased a $52,000.00 dock assembly from Ny Dock in Huntsville and the product was good and the delivery and installation was excellent. My only contact with the company was Dana Anderson who was the most arrogant negative person I have ever dealt with and if they didn’t hold a $14,000.00 deposit I would have cancelled my order. I notice the one star review from Dean Wilmot about Courtney who is the other half of this “sales team”. I have a dock by these folks and recently went it to get some additional parts. At one point I stepped into a building to ask for clarity on one part of the job they were working on. The staff member Courtney screamed at me that I wasn't allowed in the building. I had entered the door, and waited just inside the door until someone made eye contact - and got yelled at. It was raining heavily outside. It was immature, excessive and unnecessary.
I use to work for NyDock back when. Let me tell you this company is awesome!!! The people that work there are so cool:) I was having a really hard time mentally when I was working for these guys and they never once gave me the boot. I mean I was still working but had to take a lot of time off. Even when I moved on to another job they said they'd have me back working if I was looking for a job. Honestly now a days it's hard to find real people. Nydock is real no doubt!!!!!!!!
High praise for the prompt and incredibly caring service we were provided by Courtney recently when our family was considering an accessory for the Nydock at a family home. This is obviously a company that has good quality people as well as products.
