I was driving by a customer of this landscaping business, and, as I drove by an employee with a heavy duty blower inadvertently caused a chip in my glass when blowing debris into the road from the landscaping job. I reached out, and Doug who is the owner or manager reached out, almost immediately to remedy the problem. Doug was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning when he came to look at what we wanted done. He was honest about when he could do the job. Of course, weather played a part, but that is to be expected when you are working with outside jobs. I understood that. He explained what products would work and what might not work.
