Customer service is extremely rude and refuses to assist customers. I spoke with someone and she decided to hang up instead of transferring me to her supervisor. The only thing she knew how to do was give attitude.
Do not I repeat DO NOT go with this company. They will fight you over everything and claim someone that sits behind a computer all day looking at pictures knows more than experts that will physically come look.
