I am beyond appalled at the treatment my client has received from NYCM Insurance. She has been a loyal policyholder for 40+ years, never missing a payment and never filing a claim. She is a 78-year-old sweet lady in a wheelchair with a steel cage in her back and significant mobility issues. This is the worst company to get insurance from. Once I signed for a car insurance policy after a full assessment was made on driving histories, I agreed on the quote, signed and I paid the full 12 months and then a week later I get charged for another $334 adding on to the original quote - this is classic bait and switch. The company should be shutdown and their executives should be sent to prison.

The worst company to be insured by they will be spiteful and cause you so much trouble if they don’t simply just like the tone of your voice being frustrated with their poor customer service. The spitefully cancelled my policy for “lack of information provided” but I’ve provided hard copy proof of it being sent with timestamps and all they could say was sorry but you still have to pay to re-instate it and we will refund you after. NYCM is truly the worst insurance company I have ever come across. Please, save yourself the time, effort, and energy, and just pay more or look for other agencies (I personally switched to Amica). So, to the details, I signed up for NYCM through an agency back in January. I have been dropped "by accident" from NYCM once a month for 3 months straight, all for different reasons.
