I am very disappointed with my experience with NYCM Insurance. 1. First of all, the letter I received from the company contained the wrong date, which caused confusion and unnecessary stress. 2. Secondly, the company states that they will only cover up to 7 days of storage if the car is a total loss. However, this makes no sense when their adjusters often take weeks — sometimes even a month — to come and evaluate the damage. Absolutely nasty with there customers and don’t know how to put forms through properly so they have you calling them while your at the DMV wasting your whole day off and oh yah don’t forget one of there employees calling me 2-3 times for a week and half straight to “click a check mark box in a doc file they sent” when I did it over and over again but she persisted it wasn’t done ended up in the end it wasn’t for my case it was for my mothers.
