My daughter loved NYC Intern !! Staff was friendly, great location, and the view and rooftop was amazing ! Target, Trader Joe's, and restaurants across the street. Subway access was close by. She is so glad she chose to live there. (Washer / Dryer was also very convenient ! ) She loved being able to come back to a clean, quiet, and amazing apt. Not a single complaint :)
Those negative reviews are not true nor the experience I had. My time at NYC intern was incredible. The staff quickly became like family! I always felt safe was so thankful to have central AC, free laundry in building as well as delivery notifications when I received a package. During the summer the maintenance team were actively making improvements to the building. On a couple of occasions, maintenance had to fix things in my apartment and did so in a timely manner - leaving the apartment clean like it never even happened, ... read more
Terrible terrible terrible; find a sublease, rent through another provider, but DO NOT rent through this terrible business. Not very responsive team and the actual place wasn't great-- you will save yourself thousands of dollars and many headaches if you look elsewhere; terrible deal!
Very very dissapointed in how NYCIntern is ran. When I moved in on my first day, the door wouldn't unlock. When they finally got the door unlocked they told me to leave it unlocked whenever I leave so I can get back in because they didn't have a fix until Tuesday (this was Saturday). They told me to leave my stuff unlocked and unprotected in my room when I was away. What the hell am I paying for if you leave my items open to the public and anyone can go into my room??
