I got hearing aids from NYCE 4 years ago and they have been terrific. This was my second try with hearing aids. The first did not work out because the dispensing audiologist did nothing to help me learn how to use them. Dr. Boyce was wonderful. We had a long discussion about the types of hearing aids available. When I got them she gave me a booklet she had created about how to learn to use them (gradually) and met with me weekly to adjust things as I got used to them. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Boyce and NYCE Hearing Center and the care they've given my mom. From the very first visit they have been incredibly kind and genuinely attentive to her needs.
