Becky is great at what she does and with a great personality! Leanne is also very personable and makes you feel “at home” upon arriving for your appointment.
I have had Becky as my Audiologist for more then 10 years, she is absolutely the best! She will make sure you have the best care.
I got hearing aids from NYCE 4 years ago and they have been terrific. This was my second try with hearing aids. The first did not work out because the dispensing audiologist did nothing to help me learn how to use them. Dr. Boyce was wonderful. We had a long discussion about the types of hearing aids available. When I got them she gave me a booklet she had created about how to learn to use them (gradually) and met with me weekly to adjust things as I got used to them.
