I used their service for moving cleaning. I wish I could give them more stars as I feel they are newbies, but their service from the beginning was not straightforward. I did not receive any email or detailed message about the service I am receiving. I had to ask the info like how many people for how many hours will be at the house, the night before receiving the service. This should have been a red flag for me.
