I purchased tickets for Rascal Flatts for the August 31 show and I also purchased tickets for the lounge and VIP parking only to get an email that neither of those things were available for that venue. I came to learn upon my arrival that the VIP was private and only open to people that drove a Rolls Royce and a Mercedes Benz!!!!!! Very disappointed 😔 and to add insults to injury I'm also a customer of NYCB if that isn't a smack in the face!!!!!!!!

My absolute favorite place to see a show! The worst seat in the house is like the best seat anywhere else.
Horrible horrible parking for tonight’s show. Had handicap and wasn’t allowed in but allowed others to park in handicap with pass. Never saw such horrendous parking like this. Was like a day at Disney World. How many people come in doubles and triples in one car. Get a better system!!!

Great place for a concert / performance. The sound is incredible & view from all seats is good. Conveniently located, free parking.
Great place but the tickets could be cheaper ! I’ve been going there for so many years .Tickets were cheap now they are high .Still a great place.
We attended the Frankie Valli show Friday night. I would like to recognize Terry, the usher in section G, who helped us with a seating issue. She recognized, responded and fixed our issue immediately, allowing our whole party to fully enjoy the show. Thank you Terry.
Yesterday I attended a concert in that place and the audio was terribly bad, nobody did anything to fix that very slow bar service is my second time I attend an event there and it will be the last.
