With a local bike shop, the most important thing is the people working there - and NYC Velo is top notch on that front. David was gracious with his assistance as I was carbon wheel shopping, and Coleman was so helpful getting my bike ride-ready. When faced with a small technical hiccup, he very kindly lent his time and energy to get it fixed. I'd recommend NYC Velo to anyone.
Could not recommend these guys enough! They helped me out of a serious jam with a smile for a pittance, if your ever in need of anything with peddles look no further!
