When your child hits the black spiderman cupcakes too hard then norovirus hits, there is no one else to call but this crew, who handles major situations like these like a challenge they can’t wait to tackle. So responsive, so communicative, and so good at what they do. Not to mention the magic of removing and replacing 15 foot rugs like it’s nothing.

Since Jen knew this was my first time of having the couch cleaned she informed me of the process. NYC Carpet Cleaning did a phenomenal job. We live in a walk up and our carpet hadn’t been cleaned in nearly a decade. It now looks brand new! The team was fast & professional. Highly recommend!
