Called Ozzy as a new customer - friendly and responsive - about a bad AC. He let me drop off the car and within a couple hrs called me back with the diagnosis and a fair and reasonable quote. Took my car in for the ac not working. They saw me right away. I don’t have words for how kind the staff is. Haven’t gotten my car back yet, but on customer service and ethos alone, I’m comfortable giving a 5 star review. I saw the people who own the shop treat the locals walking their dogs with love, knowing everyone by name (including the dogs), and they were even treating their pigeons with love.
