I highly recommend NYC Rug Cleaning Pro for their excellent service and attention to detail. They were able to remove tough stains from my wool rug and restore it to its original condition. Their hand-knotted rug cleaning process was gentle yet effective, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I also appreciated their pickup and delivery service, which made the whole process very convenient. Overall, a great experience with NYC Rug Cleaning Pro.
