I have a hand-made Oriental rug that means a lot to me. I was very hesitant to send the rug out to just any company. I spoke to your representative and she made me feel very confident in your company. She was very knowledgeable. Everyone was so professional, thank you. They did such a good job.

These rug cleaning masters will go through a lot of hoops to clean my rugs, and I really appreciate this. The last time they cleaned my rugs, they did so in a blizzard, and they made sure the rugs were spotless before they left. They have expanded the lifespans of all the rugs in my home, and this is something I'm totally sure of. I could not be happier! If NYC Oriental Rug Cleaning closed down, I don't know what I would do. I could never achieve what they can achieve effortlessly.
