Let me start by saying, everyone that works there has been very nice. That being said, still the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get contacts. I made an appointment online for 5pm. Arrived on time and wasn’t seen until 7pm. Was honestly just going to let that go because they did seem incredibly busy and they apologized multiple times.
