Trash ... if it wasn't for Dr. Eric I would have left a LONG time ago. The people at the reception desk need to be retrained in etiquette and hospitality ASAP. I guess because the office is located in East New York, Brooklyn that is acceptable for them, but it's not acceptable for the patients! Everyone deserves respect. I had a great experience at this practice. The doctors at this office are very knowledgeable. I have been sick for over 5 months and they helped me with all my problems. Their staff is always there to help. This office is a 10/10
Hi met Dr. Erik NP and he helped a lot with my medical questions. He also has great bedside manner. The staff is also very friendly. I have referred several of my friends to this practice.
