New to this side of town and was looking for a local pizza place for my family for dinner. I didn't even get through all of the reviews before I decided not to waste our time. Seems like a lot of money is being charged for incorrect, burnt, or moldy food, or food with hair in it. Your customers seem to leave unhappy with the wait, the mistakes, or the condition of the food. I brought my family here from out of town and they loved it here. The staff and food were the best I’ve ever had. I recommend this place to everyone.
It’s hit or miss. Either they extremely screw up your order or they waste your time. I ordered a cauliflower pizza online on 8/20/26, get a text and everything saying mh food is ready. Show up oh we are out of cauliflower crust! Ok no biggie just give me a refund. Order pizza the next day, go to pickup it’s not hot and missing toppings. Go inside wait another 10 mins to be handed a lukewarm warm pizza. This is why I go elsewhere like Al’s pizza or drive downtime to Carmines. We love down the street and decided to get takeout and placed a order. The food took quite a while. I was going to sit at the bar and grab a drink while I was waiting because I didn't mind the wait. There 7no one at the bar and it was pretty dark in the restaurant. The staff didn't seem to be bothered with the customers.
