communication really not the best when needing to cancel your reservation. i’m being proactive and trying to cancel way ahead of time. i’ve emailed multiple times and got not response. i called almost every other day just to get a cancellation email because i don’t want to be charged when the day of the reservation comes. was told if i don’t get anything by monday, to call them back and now no answer.
Best experience of my life! AJ drove us around all night- door to door service. Absolutely amazing. Made sure I was home safe and sound:) and made us laugh so much!
