Robert provided a very smooth experience getting an in-person replacement value appraisal for insurance. Robert was able to accommodate my schedule and was flexible when there were public transportation delays. The appraisal was quick, and my insurance accepted it immediately. Robert Bunda nice gig you got going. I don't care if this man had a1000 positive reviews. He was a disaster. ITS A SMALL ROOM he sits at his desk comparing your pieces to what's on 1st bids and other auction sites (brilliant) He also uses google images which everyone does already. You don't need him. As far as the knowledge he claimed to know he couldn't recognize the stamps on my peices and claimed there worth scrap.
