We moved here for treatment after having a terrible experience at Northwell Fertility. The entire practice - nurses, front desk staff, clinical coordinator Abdel and Dr Elassar - all are excellent !! They are precise, clinically skilled and so so kind and empathetic. They treated us with utmost respect and you could see that they actually care ! I cannot say enough good things about the practice and would recommend it to everyone !

I was fortunate to have wonderful care at NYCIVF. I was looking for a highly personalized and warm experience and that's exactly what I found with Dr. Elassar and her team. From start to finish, I had a great experience, and a successful egg freezing, even the post-op care. A special shoutout to Abdel for his help with all the admin. Thank you so much Dr Elassar, Annie, Tamar, Elena, Izzie, Abdel, Victoria, and the team. You're the best.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at NYC IVF. The entire team took incredible care of me—both medically and emotionally. They were compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my journey and made a process that could have felt overwhelming much more manageable and hopeful. I always felt listened to, supported, and respected. I’m beyond grateful for their expertise and kindness, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Everyone here, from Dr. Alassar to the staff, is superb. So kind, thorough, considerate. I felt very well taken care of the whole time. They are responsive with any questions, deliver results on time, and make sure you know what's ahead. I've heard of how other places are, and I cannot recommend them enough. Very grateful to them!
