I worked with Luca on a project to upgrade a legacy intercom system in a large UWS co-op. Luca and his team were professional, patient, and knowledgeable. His expertise helped avoid some big mistakes, and he and his crew were punctual, and made sure the project was a success. Working in a pre-war building is not easy, but they made it seem so. Everyone that I've spoken with really appreciates the new-found functionality and convenience. Highly recommended.

NYC Intercom upgraded my building’s Comelit intercom system and added mobile app functionality. As part of the process, they held a special meeting with my coop board to explain the functionality, tirelessly responded to ad hoc questions and direction, and met or bettered all deadlines. It is all working great for the residents. I recommend the company highly.
