I chose this company based on the stellar reviews. NYC Intercom, specifically Luca, were professional and very responsive. The product for my three story walk up is way more than adequate. The added safety features give one a sense of much needed security. I highly recommend this company!!
Best service by this team, Super professional and happy from the product.
We were quoted one price and ended up being billed for additional equipment and labor that wasn’t disclosed upfront. Felt like a bait-and-switch.
Tried calling for a repair multiple times—no response. It took two weeks just to get a technician to come out, and the problem still isn’t fixed.
The wiring was sloppy, and the units were mounted unevenly. Looks terrible in our building lobby. For what we paid, the quality should have been way higher.
