What a genuinely nice person to deal with. After some renovation my contractor removed the intercom. When he tried to connect it didn't work. Luca walked me thought how to re-program it over the phone. This would normally cost hundred of dollars to have someone come out and inspect and fix it. Gracie Mille Luca
