I just had another fabulous visit with NYC Hearing Associates. The team is so lovely and caring. I always have a great discussion with them as well and they are starting to feel like family! Thanks for the great service guys.
Fantastic service, highly recommended! I was traveling with my dad, whose hearing aid stopped working while in the city. We were able to stop by unannounced, and quickly got the issue resolved along with some advice on how to avoid similar situations in the future. Not only did we get better help and service than we had dreamed of, my daughter also got a cookie while we were waiting. The empathy and service-mindedness in a difficult situation a far way from home is our best experience on this trip.

I have been coming to these women for almost 10 years. They are all very thorough and thoughtful. I highly recommend them in navigating the obtuse world of hearing.
My father and I where on a trip to New York from Amsterdam, unfortunately my father forgot to take he's Opticon filters. Luckily staff wanted to help us out although we did not had an appointment. Very friendly staff, they took there time and saved our holiday.
