Waited outside on a line in 45 degree weather, while it was drizzling. FOR 3.5hrs! One person said something slick to the nurse and she caught an attitude. She closed the van door and said "Bye, you were the last one". There about 20 people left they said they would see and broke that commitment.
I was waiting for 40 minutes, the driver of the van was massively late. He's the worst, get someone else in charge of the van. The young lady who was the tester was waiting too.
