I actually had come two weeks prior to get an appointment to be seen in the Dental Emergency Room. So it's crazy 🤪!!! With the appointment I must say everything went quickly and everyone was cordial. The dentist, Dr. Yuri was so nice. The only problem came when after I was seen, the dentist told me to make an appointment for the dental clinic and I found the receptionist to be very lazy and told me to call the number and make the appointment via telephone. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Not sure why anyone would base their ER visit onal a Google review, but I highly recommend their services following a bike crash. Also the attending doc with 3 med students following him? Truly felt like I was in an episode of Scrubs. A dream! Minus the bike crash, that is.

I wanted to recognize an exceptional nurse who truly went above and beyond Nurse Daniels. Even while caring for patients in the hallway, she made every person feel seen and cared for. She introduced herself, made sure everyone knew who she was, kept patients and families updated on their plan of care, and consistently addressed pain, comfort, and any concerns with compassion and urgency.
