ER room after triage was overcrowded and understaffed. There were more than 40 beds wall to wall and three rows deep crammed into under 800 square feet. Overwhelmed staff left patients waiting three hours between check-ins and seven hours for an IV. The environment was filled with bad air and groaning patients, requiring people to approach staff directly just to get a status update.

I am very disappointed with the service I received during my visit. I arrived at the hospital at 5:30 PM and was still waiting until 1:47 AM without proper updates regarding my care. The wait time was extremely long and frustrating, especially during the middle of the night. In addition to the excessive wait, several nurses and the doctor were rude and lacked compassion and professionalism. I decided to not listen to the reviews but I should’ve listened cuz this truly was the worst hrs of my life, worst service ever! The waiting line is so long and nobody is ready to answer anything the waiting inside is even worse have to wait for the doctor for HRS!!! when yu ask someone what’s going on or when the doctor is going to come there’s no answer but only attitude.

The most pathetic place ever! Had to wait 6+ hrs just for the damn DOCTOR to come and check the reports!? Pathetic nobody is ready to answers what’s happening or letting you know, everyone just has an attitude even the waiting line for when u come in start is so long the person can literally pass out right then and then just waiting!! There are many other emergency hospitals that are better than this! Please pick those and save your time!
