Extremely disappointed with the care there, no one really cared or was paying attention. The place barely felt like a hospital. The nurses and midwives seemed completely uninterested and acted as though they were too busy to deal with me, even though I was the only patient in the prenatal emergency room at the time.

Please, praise the Lord , No body should get sick. No body should go to emergency room. Emergency mean - urgency, Critical, immediately. but here mean ER - whole day program.

Dislocated my shoulder in the morning on 09/29/25. I was in a lot of pain, and they treated me exceptionally quickly, about 2 hours in and out at most. Nurses and Drs. were very kind and efficient, thank you! Update: Took my almost 3 month old daughter here for her high fever. We were seen right away and they were very compassionate with the whole process.

I was brought to this trauma center after being ran over by a car in 2016. The entire hospital is extremely disorganized, but the nursing staff was cruel and abusive. I was treated like I was only there to get drugs, despite having 17 broken bones and a head trauma. At one point a nurse deliberately gave me the wrong medication, one we’d already tried but didn’t work for me. I spoke up about it and she yelled at me that I “didn’t need or deserve that drug”.
