disgusting ER last time there counted roaches crawling on ceiling and walls, not enough bathrooms, a line to get into a filthy bathroom wet pissed toilet seats no paper toilet. l've witness a nurse remove IV fluid from a patient with out gloves dumped the IV in a trash can by using her hands no gloves then sat down with out washing her hands. Last time admitted mice in my room every night. The ER should be shut down totally. Go to Mount Sinai or NY Presbyterian excellence in cleaniess.
Horrible wait time, they just want to drain your insurance and as a result they will keep you waiting for a simple test. I been waiting for over 5 hours and still I haven’t seen the doctor or got the test I needed to get the treatment as soon as possible. They delayed my registration process, seeing the nurse, the doctor, to get tested, and to be treated.
