Went to have have hair extensions put in and she dyed them and did not tell me about it. Before this she had her assistant take out previous extensions and she left bald patches however I did not realize how bad it was because they put in new extensions. To make matters worse Janet covered my entire head with tape in extensions and it made my neck and my whole head hurt really bad. There was just way too many. Janet Carreras!!...she is phenomenal!...I had a color and cut and afterwards people told me it looked like I had a makeover from a tv show!...she brought back my confidence and made me feel like a brand new woman!...there are no words to describe just how talented she is...definitely a hidden gem in our area!
