I needed two broken windows fixed in my NYC apt. Despite a pending snowstorm, a rep came to my apt and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the glass. Job was completed 4 days later by two polite and efficient repairmen. I highly recommend!
Garbage , stay away from them ! Arrogant, know it all kids . They haven’t got a clue how to talk to clients and handle jobs !
Called them a couple time,spoke to this lady name dawn,sounded like she was drunk or something,the company name is nyc glass,truck with Connecticut plates show up,billed me with alliance Glass name...then I found out they owned 20k tax for state and had fake insurance and there mechanics had no idea what they were doing and scratched my wood floor
