Lifelong membership, totally worth it, in body testing, free classes, sauna, clean sour place, variety of machines, not busy or crowded at all. What else can you ask for?

My 9 year old son has been training with Boxing Coach Ruben for a few months now. He is an amazing coach and makes my son excited to go every week. Some days their sessions run longer because Ruben doesn’t watch the clock he watches my son to see how far he can push him. He never lets him give up and finds ways to push him further than my son thought possible every week. The progress is unbelievable in a few short months my son has learned so many moves and we can’t wait to see him progress further with such an awesome coach... read more

Amazing experience in this gym. The staff is great and has great amenities. The coach Jason is very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me achieve my fitness goal.
