This summer we hired NYC Excellent improvements to do a complete renovation of our two bedroom apartment in Queens. The team led by Carlo Barahona and Manuel Villa did an excellent job, and they were a pleasure to work with. I am well pleased with the progress of my renovation. My project involves combining two apartments in an historic cooperative apartment building in Manhattan - which is not an easy assignment! Carlos and his construction crew and subcontractors have conducted themselves proficiently and professionally.
