Very short wait time on the phone. Customer service was very courteous and helpful.
No one picked up the phone. Been trying to call for days. Although when someone finally answered the phone. They were very nice and helpful.
I might be dead before anyone answers the phone
Paperwork sent April 2024 and I called today and it was never submitted. I was told it will be expedited today. No apology or reason why it was never submitted. Lady was helpful but said she couldn’t stay on phone with me cause she had other callers.
