Dr Khaloo is an excellent Dentist! I have been seeing him for about 3 years now and have been very happy with his work on my teeth. He keeps me informed on any problems that need to be addressed going forward. The SoHo staff are very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend NYC Dental Associates!
Do not trust the prices they quote. They over charged me for multiple services that should have been covered by my insurance.
The communication, scheduling, and billing practices at this office are incredibly frustrating and disorganized. They refuse to bill insurance directly, requiring patients to pay out of pocket—and then often submit incorrect billing codes, resulting in denied insurance claims. Going to any health appointment whether it be a physical exam or dental check up can be a nerve-racking process. I went in for my annual dental visit and met with Brandon Remer, who had good bedside manners. At that first appointment, I was told I needed a filling and was sold on a $1.3k ceramic option.
