As someone who hasn't moved in 20+ years, my family and I were incredibly anxious about moving our furniture. Andre and his team worked very well and were able to efficiently move 7 rooms worth of furniture sets to our new house. They listened to every request we had and successfully did everything without any complaints. I am very happy with this job!
I had a great experience with NYC Brooklyn Movers, they package very well, provide great service and the rates are reasonable! I highly recommend using them.
NYC Movers are spot on. The team of professionals showed up on time prepared to facilitate my mother’s move. I appreciated how my mother’s personal items were handled and packed with extreme care. Unfortunately, time was not on my side, as I am traveling back to Doha Qatar for work. The move was completed an hour ahead of time giving me an opportunity to prepare for the next donor’s pick up. Congratulations on a job well done ***** Mashallah!!!
Literally moved yesterday. I wish I could give beyond 5 stars !!! I can’t even express how wonderful the service that I received from Andre and his team. I had a last minute move from BK to NJ. I called at 9am and by 945, they were at my house. I didn’t plan to move so I had nothing packed. Andre and his team helped with packing, moving and unloading and rebuilding my furniture together, as well as getting rid of unwanted ones. Andre and his crew were efficient and helped us finish packing. HOWEVER!!! They’re not the actual movers. They pass your stuff to another company who does the delivery which I think is extremely unsafe. Then that company refused to drive their truck to my front door because “their truck is too big to go through the complex gate” Instead, they offloaded my stuff in the street and made us pay extra. 2/10. Highly do not recommend.
