Good customer service (at first) and free pickup/delivery. great surface clean and carpet restoration of my 80+ year old silk Persian rug. BUT if it’s Pet Urine you’re looking to remove, do not come here. They use ammonia to clean, which is naturally present in cat urine and therefore counter-productive in removing it at a molecular level. In fact I’m not the only customer who has had to return because their cat re-offended on the rug after the first cleaning. In total I’ve spent $2650 in cleaning over 2 different times. Picked up 2 very large valuable rugs: one antique persian and one Portuguese needle point. Examined and advised on best solution to clean each rug (Machine or hand wash) Also offered at low cost to repair the rugs. Then installed the beautifully cleaned rugs in new place. All with great professionalism, consideration and patience. I felt right away that i could trust them. Did not request payment before the end process and satisfaction. Would recommend and use again without hesitation.
They are fast, professional, and did an amazing job repairing and cleaning our rug that our puppy pulled apart in multiple places. It literally now looks as good as the day we purchased the rug over 10 years ago. Free pickup and drop off is outstanding. I 100% recommend!
