No stove for a year, no fridge since April
I lived at 328 W 47th St. Apt 1B for a year, from June 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024. I am writing this review to share the mistreatment I received from Eric Khorshad and Big Apple Management during my tenancy. Upon moving in, my apartment did not have a working washer, dryer, refrigerator, or dishwasher. The worst, however, was a refrigerator amid the June heat. My friend did not enjoy her time there. There were holes in her ceiling!! And they never got fixed!!
