I've lived in a few different places in New York City and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I'm not sure if this management company just really did not like us personally or if all tenants were treated with the same level of disregard and annoyance, but we had to send SEVERAL emails over the course of sometimes weeks in order to get problems in the apartment addressed (cockroach infestation, no smoke alarms, broken mirror, etc.). Can't recommend Eric & his team enough. Highly responsive and kind. Made a cross country move seamless - from searching to move-in day. We had some of the best years of our life in the East Village thanks to him.

I lived at 328 W 47th St. Apt 1B for a year, from June 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024. I am writing this review to share the mistreatment I received from Eric Khorshad and Big Apple Management during my tenancy. Upon moving in, my apartment did not have a working washer, dryer, refrigerator, or dishwasher. The worst, however, was a refrigerator amid the June heat.
