Jonathan communicated clearly every step of the way and showed up promptly. He went the “extra mile” to ensure our window a/c was safely installed, gaps sealed, and the cord neatly secured—not an easy job for our ancient West Village apartment. He is as personable as he is professional, truly a “super cool” guy. We highly recommend him.

Prompt service and very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a hold of them in a timely manner, and they answered each email directly and thoroughly. They were prompt when they said they were going to be in my apartment, and they messaged me the entire time. I was not caught by surprise and I was totally prepared for the removal of my air conditioners. The staff is fantastic, from the office staff to the AC techs I am actually planning to use them again next year for installation.
