Terrible experience; the poorest customer service I had ever experienced. I was at Nyanya's place for the first time yesterday, March 12, 2026. Nyanya was disrespectful toward my time and very deceptive, then she became unacceptably rude when I pointed her actions out. I left without getting my hair done. The phone call before my visit: I called Nyanya on March 5th to schedule an appointment for knotless braids for March 12th. I had an amazing experience getting my hair braided! She is very nice, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She even offered me food and was always checking up on me to make sure I was okay. My braids came out neat, beautiful, and exactly how I wanted them. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her!
Amazing Prices & Even Better Quality. Hair Provided. Nyanya is so sweet & has amazing hospitality. She fed me lunch , gave me the remote & constantly checked on me. It’s only right that you leave a tip, you won’t get a price/service this good anywhere else I’m telling you!!! Short Hair Friendly
