Ms. Nyanya is a very nice lady and did quality work. But I had a few issues with the scheduling. I contacted Ms. Nyanya to schedule an appointment almost a month in advance. She agreed on the date and 3 days before my appointment she contacted me to tell me she was unavailable on that date. Please keep in mind I was going on vacation and it was too late to find another braider in time. Mrs. Nya was very nice and welcoming she even offer me food and made sure I was comfortable. Terrible experience; the poorest customer service I had ever experienced. I was at Nyanya's place for the first time yesterday, March 12, 2026. Nyanya was disrespectful toward my time and very deceptive, then she became unacceptably rude when I pointed her actions out. I left without getting my hair done. The phone call before my visit: I called Nyanya on March 5th to schedule an appointment for knotless braids for March 12th.
