Service felt rush and technician was incredibly cold. Told her I could not reach my back and did not have anyone to help me prior to my appointment and so I brought my razor in case there were some few pieces she could help me remove before treatment. Not only did she refuse to help me shave the spots with hair, but she also refuse to go over the hair with the laser despite the hair only being a few short centimeters in lengths. Nyah is amazing! The laser hair removal process was quick, comfortable, and professional. They explain everything clearly and maje you feel at ease. It does take several sessions but is better than waxing, threading or shaving in my opinion. Highly recommend 10/10!!!
